Rev. Jodi Suson helps high performers recognize hidden patterns, inherited beliefs, and create more conscious choices to live a life filled with Joy!

There are moments in life when we realize something just isn't right, yet we can't pinpoint what it is. We have all experienced this, they are our blind spots..

For Rev. Jodi, taking off her blinders and seeking truth and transparency led her to explore the beliefs, emotional responses to signals, and subconscious patterns that influence how she and others experience life. Today, Rev. Jodi accesses the Christ Consciousness and the subconscious mind to unveil hidden truths and realities that people are avoiding.

P.A.U.S.E.: Ignites Change

When Rev. Jodi was disabled, her former doctor, Michelle Kukla, PsyD, of Healthy Living Counseling Center, taught her a simple but powerful lesson: “Put on the PAUSE button before taking action.”

Why? Because in the past, changing habits wasn’t easy until we started working with the subconscious mind.  We were challenged to find the path.

The pause gives us a moment to recognize what's happening, question an old thought, and think differently.

That lesson is one of the foundations for  Rev. Jodi’s vision; helping people make the invisible visible. These unwanted thought viruses are shaping their lives.

Rev. Jodi uses P.A.U.S.E. to describe the steps that guide this process:

  • P — Pattern Recognition
  • A — Awareness
  • U — Unlearning
  • S — Subconscious Reprogramming
  • E — Empowered Choice

P.A.U.S.E. takes you on the path to live your best life. .

The DKDK Zone: Discovering What You Didn’t Know

To understand this shift, Rev. Jodi introduces a simple idea: You don't know what you don't know…the “DKDK Zone.” It’s the sweet spot… when the shift in your thinking has you transform like a butterfly.

“We are all influenced by lifelong imprinting, inherited beliefs, and recurring patterns without realizing the impact,” says Rev. Jodi. “That willingness to ‘unlearn’ is where you spark your own creation.”

That is the incentive for people to adopt the pause, actively listen, recognize their triggers, give grace, and lead a heart-centered life. This opens the door to the life you have dreamed of and it is no longer under lock and key.

Making the Invisible Visible

Rev. Jodi's practice of Making the Invisible Visible cultivates your personal transformation.

We focus on what we can immediately see: a behavior, a circumstance, or a recurring outcome. Yet the programming behind that experience is harder to recognize because it became your “normal” way of being.

Once this is unveiled, Rev. Jodi empowers people to create their own pattern interrupts. A new choice can open the door to outcomes that previously seemed out of reach.

Rev. Jodi says:

“I lead high-performers to see themselves through another lens, as an observer of their own life, shedding unwanted emotions and programmed conscious or unconscious beliefs that keep them stuck, creates room for an aligned life filled with JOY.”

These divine gifts, pattern recognition and pattern interrupts, distinguish her work from conventional coaching. People develop new “Conscious Templates” for value-aligned living.

Her strong focus on honoring your physical, mental, emotional, environmental, spiritual  bodies and your surroundings—as “Sacred Space” is key to driving outcomes.

Rev. Jodi warns that  these invisible drains— hidden environmental and spiritual toxins— underlie the daily exhaustion.  Her approach empowers us to look beyond the obvious and master the unseen forces shaping all aspects of life.

Her methodology brings together several connected elements:

  • Subconscious Pattern Recognition: Identifying patterns that influence lives.
  • Pattern Interrupt Coaching: Releasing the old models and looping.
  • Rewiring Old Patterns: Establishing new behaviors aligned with personal values through Conscious Templates.
  • Sacred Space: Honoring the interconnected physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and environmental bodies of light.

Rev. Jodi teaches that true human development involves intentionally co-creating your life for JOY! Rev. Jodi. connects JOY to the Sephardic Hebrew translation of her last name, Suson, which traces back to Spain. Born Jewish, she became a Christ follower after Jesus saved her on her deathbed.

Choosing Resilience In the Face of Adversity

Rev. Jodi's story is not simply about facing adversity and choosing resilience. She reversed 54 chronic health conditions after being overmedicated on 50 drugs at the same time, in the name of “better mental health.”

She spent decades trying to solve problems she did not fully understand because she was blinded by the ancestral programming which was reinforced by the outside world.  She  was in the DKDK Zone.

Rev. Jodi credits her late brother, Steven Suson, D.C., with opening her eyes to personal transformation training at the age of 20, nearly 43 years ago. That early experience shaped her approach to life, teaching others that personal transformation is always an “inside job” and not a pill for every ill.

A Resource for Personal Transformation

Rev. Jodi's internationally recognized book, Emotional Healing Toxic Free Living: Model New Behaviors & Reset Old Belief Systems, is the road map she provides.

Readers can explore the book, workbook, and gratitude journal through the Healing Insights page on Suson Essentials, The audiobook is also available free on YouTube.

The book received the International Impact Book Award  in the category of Body, Mind, and Spirit, it became a three-time Amazon Best Selling Book in the categories Emotions Self-Help, Spiritual Self-Help, and Personal Transformation and Rev. Jodi Suson was nominated for Author of the Year in 2026.

The book includes 16 contributors.  Among them are Dr. Patrick K. Porter, Ph.D., CEO of BrainTap, who is on a mission to “Better a Billion Brains,” and Jeramy Freeman, CEO of Freeman Formula, IFBB World Champion, and a visionary leader known for integrating the mind, body and spirit.

Porter’s endorsement links Rev. Jodi's message directly to neuroplasticity, brain retraining and conscious living;

“You can change your brain! And change your life for the better! This book reframes mental health in a way the mainstream medical model often overlooks. Rev. Jodi sheds light on how chronic exposure to harmful chemicals and frequencies can fracture the human spirit, leading to what some call mental illness—but what she reveals as spiritual and energetic disruption. Her commitment to shifting the paradigm from ‘Poisonous Pills to Plants & Prayers™’ is revolutionary and aligned with the principles of neuroplasticity, coherence, and the mind-body connection. Through her lived experience and divinely downloaded wisdom, she empowers readers to take back control of their mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.”

Jeramy Freeman’s insight;

“One thought the book reinforced for me is that while doctors, medications, nutrition, and other therapies can be valuable tools, lasting transformation begins within. The greatest healing comes when we reclaim responsibility for our lives, our thoughts, our choices, and our daily actions. External resources can support us, but their power ultimately depends on how we choose to use them.”

Bringing the Work to High Performing Leaders

Rev. Jodi has returned to Executive Coaching, where she originally began in 2015. Over the years, her work expanded to developing wellness, marketing and operational strategies for organizations.

In this next chapter, she connects the dots between the neurotoxins, emotional patterns, and the physical body.

Rev. Jodi brings a multidisciplinary perspective to her work through her neuroscience-informed approach, training with Dr. Daniel Amen of Amen Clinics, Dr. Frank Lawlis—a renowned psychologist, and Dr. John Demartini, a global authority on human behavior.

She also holds a MBA in Organizational Behavior; certifications in NLP, Nutrition, Essential Oils, Photobiomodulation, and spiritual training under the late Dr. Suzan Rossi.

A New Way to Think About Human Development

What if the way you've been living isn't the way you have to keep living? Rev. Jodi invites people to embrace a “Plot-Twist.” She teaches you how to clear the unseen, but FELT energy using the  divinely inspired “All Clear Protocol,” which makes releasing patterns easier and stops you from being tied to an old paradigm.

The Power Of The Pause

In Rev. Jodi's new Mastermind for Executives, she invites people to explore all this and consider what becomes possible when awareness and critical thinking precedes action.

Through Subconscious Pattern Recognition, Pattern Interrupt Coaching, Rewiring Old Patterns, Conscious Templates, and the practice of treating the body and environment as Sacred Space, she offers a perspective centered on discovery, choice, and value-based change.
