At 51, Rachel Boston is building FocusBlu alongside her real estate career, combining family values, business experience, and a new vision.
The moment did not arrive with a dramatic announcement. It came through the quiet frustration of another afternoon energy crash, another foggy stretch in a demanding day, and a growing desire to better understand her personal wellness. After more than 35 years in luxury real estate, Rachel Boston had built a career defined by trust, service, and strong client relationships. Yet she began to recognize an opportunity to pursue something new without leaving behind the business she had spent decades building. That curiosity became the foundation of FocusBlu Premium Wellness, a Texas-based company she cofounded with her brother, Caleb Babb, a United States Marine Corps veteran.
FocusBlu Premium Wellness Began With A Vision For Growth
Boston's entrepreneurial journey did not begin with a career change. Instead, it began with a decision to expand her professional life by creating a second company while continuing her established career in luxury real estate in North Texas. She is with eXp Realty | Luxury
Her decades of experience in the industry had already taught her the importance of consistency, professionalism, customer relationships, and attention to detail. Those principles would become central to FocusBlu, but the original inspiration was personal.
While balancing her real estate career, family responsibilities, and professional ambitions, Boston became increasingly interested in cellular wellness, mitochondrial function, and consumer discussions surrounding methylene blue. Her research led her to examine product quality, ingredient transparency, and the importance of informed purchasing decisions.
What began as personal curiosity gradually developed into a business concept.
“I didn't start FocusBlu because I wanted to enter the wellness industry. I started it because my own wellness journey changed the direction of my life, and I saw an opportunity to build something meaningful from that experience.”
Rather than stepping away from real estate, Boston chose to apply her existing business knowledge to an entirely new venture. Building FocusBlu alongside her established career reflected her belief that professional growth does not always require abandoning previous accomplishments.
In July 2025, Boston and Babb officially established FocusBlu, LLC. By December 2025, the company had launched its direct to consumer website, FocusBlu.net. The brand later made its public debut at the Beyond 2026 event in Austin, Texas. FocusBlu acquired their trademark in August 2026.
For Boston, these milestones represented more than the launch of another company. They demonstrated that decades of professional experience could become an advantage when entering an unfamiliar industry.
“At 51, I didn't have all the answers. I had a vision, a willingness to learn, and the courage to begin. You don't have to know everything before you start. You just have to be willing to take the first step.”
Building FocusBlu Premium Wellness Through Family, Experience, And Shared Values

Part of what makes FocusBlu meaningful to its founders is its identity as a family owned business built on shared values, complementary expertise, and a commitment to excellence.
Boston brings entrepreneurial vision, more than three decades of business experience, and a customer first philosophy developed through her luxury real estate career. Her brother and cofounder, Caleb Babb, contributes a different but equally important perspective.
As a United States Marine Corps veteran, Babb brings discipline, accountability, and integrity shaped by his military service. His professional background also includes extensive practical experience in cultivation, processing, and formulation through his work in the cannabis industry in California and Oklahoma.
That experience provided valuable technical knowledge and industry relationships during the company's early development.
Through his established connections with laboratories and industry professionals based in the United States, Babb helped lay the groundwork for FocusBlu's product development. His expertise and professional network played an important role in establishing the company's American formulation and manufacturing operation in Frisco, Texas. His research showed that Glycerin is the highest way to absorb Methylene Blue. No Mineral Oil or Mineral Oxide.
The partnership reflects a deliberate combination of strengths. Boston focuses on entrepreneurial strategy, brand development, customer experience, and long term business relationships, while Babb contributes technical experience, formulation knowledge, industry connections, and operational discipline.
Together, the siblings have created a business that reflects their shared commitment to family, transparency, product quality, and American entrepreneurship.
Their collaboration also illustrates a broader lesson in business leadership: successful partnerships often emerge when people with different professional backgrounds work toward a common purpose.
For Boston, building a second company with her brother has added personal meaning to the entrepreneurial experience. FocusBlu is not simply another professional undertaking. It is an opportunity to create something lasting with family while honoring the experiences and values each founder brings to the business.
Why Transparency Defines FocusBlu Premium Wellness
FocusBlu's flagship product, FocusBlu Methylene Blue 1% USP Grade, is manufactured in small batches in Frisco, Texas. According to the company, each production run consists of approximately 250 bottles, allowing the founders to maintain close oversight of production and quality documentation.
The formula contains five disclosed ingredients: USP grade methylene blue sourced from India, USP glycerin, USP purified water, liposomal vitamin C, and stevia.
FocusBlu also emphasizes independent laboratory testing and provides batch specific Certificates of Analysis. These documents are intended to give customers greater visibility into product testing and manufacturing standards and is located on the home page of their website.
For Boston, this approach reflects the same principles that have guided her real estate career: establish trust, communicate clearly, and respect the customer's ability to make informed decisions.
“We're not interested in simply putting methylene blue in a bottle. Every ingredient, every small batch, and every third-party test reflects the standards we set for ourselves. Transparency and quality aren't optional at FocusBlu. They're foundational.”
The company's cobalt blue glass bottle reinforces its premium brand presentation, while its message, “Pure. Premium. Effective,” expresses the standards the founders aim to uphold.
However, FocusBlu's focus on transparency also requires responsible communication. Methylene blue is a substance with recognized medical uses and important safety considerations. Its potential applications in consumer wellness remain an area where scientific evidence and individual circumstances must be carefully considered. Product purity and laboratory testing do not establish clinical effectiveness or safety for every consumer.
Rather than presenting the product as a cure or treatment, the company emphasizes ingredient information, product documentation, and informed consumer choice.
Rachel Boston Proves Entrepreneurship Does Not Have An Age Limit
Boston's journey shows that reinvention does not require leaving an established career behind. At 51, she continues to build on more than 35 years of luxury real estate experience while growing FocusBlu premium wellness as her second business.
Her entrepreneurial expansion has required learning about manufacturing, product testing, ecommerce, and branding while maintaining the professional standards that shaped her career.
Faith remains central to her journey. “I am walking in the great unknown, and it has been amazing to watch what God is doing in me, through me, and around me.”
In 2026, Boston was featured on Inside Success TV's Women in Power, sharing her perspective on leadership and entrepreneurship. FocusBlu also marked a milestone with its reported federal trademark registration in August 2026.
For Boston, age is an advantage rather than a limitation. “Women in their fifties aren't winding down. We have decades of experience, perspective, and wisdom. If we combine that with passion and purpose, there is no telling what we can accomplish.”

FocusBlu Premium Wellness Builds A Legacy Rooted In Family And Service
Beyond its commercial ambitions, FocusBlu reflects the founders' commitment to service and shared responsibility.
The company's stated intention to support veterans through annual corporate giving connects its broader mission to Babb's military background and the family's respect for those who have served.
That commitment also reflects Boston's definition of meaningful entrepreneurship. For her, success involves more than business expansion. It includes honoring personal values, maintaining strong relationships, and creating something that can have significance beyond its products.
“Success isn't just about building a profitable company. It's about creating something meaningful, honoring your values, helping others, and leaving a legacy you can be proud of.”
Her story offers a perspective for women who have already established successful careers but continue to feel drawn toward new opportunities. Experience does not have to limit ambition. Instead, it can provide the confidence, judgment, and foundation needed to build something additional.
FocusBlu represents that philosophy in action. Boston continues her work in luxury real estate while helping lead a family business that combines her entrepreneurial strengths with her brother's military discipline, technical knowledge, and industry experience.
Together, they are building a company that reflects both their individual backgrounds and their shared vision.
