An emerging romantic fashion house invites women to bloom with beauty, confidence, and intention.

From a season of recovery to New York Fashion Week and Times Square, Katrina Frazier is building Strawberry Flowers around beauty, confidence, femininity, and the belief that women should never have to wait for a special occasion to celebrate themselves.

There are moments in life that force you to slow down long enough to hear the vision that has been waiting inside you.

For Katrina, that moment came during recovery from emergency triple bypass surgery.

As she recovered, flowers from family and friends filled her surroundings with color, beauty, love, and encouragement. What initially felt like thoughtful gestures became something deeper. The flowers represented care. They represented being cherished. And they caused Katrina to reflect on a question that would eventually become the emotional foundation of her fashion house:

Why do women wait for a special occasion to feel beautiful, celebrated, and worthy of the things they love?

From that season of reflection, Strawberry Flowers began to bloom.

A Lifelong Love of Beautiful Shoes

Long before Strawberry Flowers had a name, Katrina had a love for shoes. She was drawn to the transformative power of a beautiful pair, particularly the timeless elegance of the Mary Jane. She understood that shoes could change more than an outfit. They could change posture, mood, confidence, and presence.

That love of fashion remained with her throughout her life as an educator and entrepreneur. But the idea of building a fashion house remained largely a private dream. Recovery changed that.

With time to reflect, Katrina began thinking about beauty differently. She began asking what it would mean to create a brand centered not simply on what a woman wears, but how she feels when she wears it. The answer became Strawberry Flowers.

Katrina’s philosophy is simple: “Walk Like You Love Yourself.”

For her, the phrase represents more than a tagline. It is an invitation for women to enter every room with confidence and to recognize that they do not have to wait for permission, an accomplishment, or a milestone to feel beautiful.

As Katrina says, “Women shouldn’t have to wait for a milestone or a special occasion to feel beautiful, celebrated, and cherished.”

The Meaning Behind Strawberry Flowers

The name itself became part of the story. Katrina initially imagined calling her fashion label The House of Frazier. While researching her surname, she discovered an interesting connection to flowers. Her family’s name, Frazier, carries the meaning “strawberry flowers,”a beautiful connection she had never fully understood before. That discovery became the inspiration for the brand Strawberry Flowers, transforming a family name into a fashion house rooted in femininity, confidence, and self-love. Strawberry Flowers became more than a brand name. It became a symbol.

A woman can experience a difficult season and still bloom. She can reinvent herself. She can begin again. She can decide that the next chapter of her life deserves beauty too.

Building a Romantic Fashion House

Strawberry Flowers is intentionally romantic, feminine, expressive, and confident.

The brand brings together signature footwear, curated garments, and accessories designed around the experience of feeling celebrated. Its footwear includes Mary Jane silhouettes, slingbacks, boots, and runway-inspired pieces that connect Katrina’s lifelong love of shoes with the identity of a modern fashion house.

The collections tell different parts of that story. The First Bloom Collection represents emergence and new beginnings. The NYFW Runway Edit connects the brand’s retail offering to its fashion-week experience. The Midnight Bloom Collection introduces a richer and more dramatic expression of the Strawberry Flowers aesthetic.

But underneath every collection is the same idea: fashion can be an everyday expression of self-worth.

The shoe is beautiful. But the woman wearing it is the story.

From Vision to New York Fashion Week

What began as a deeply personal vision moved onto one of fashion’s most visible stages when Strawberry Flowers showcased its designs during New York Fashion Week.

For Katrina, the runway represented more than a fashion presentation. It represented the movement of an idea from imagination into reality.

A dream that had once existed privately was now being experienced publicly in New York City.

Then came another defining moment: Strawberry Flowers appeared on a digital billboard in Times Square.

For Katrina, seeing the brand displayed in the middle of New York City carried a meaning that went beyond marketing.

It represents what can happen when a woman decides to pursue the vision she has carried for years even when that vision emerges from an unexpected or difficult season.

Walk Like You Love Yourself

At the heart of Strawberry Flowers is a message for women who are entering new chapters. Women rebuilding.Women reinventing themselves. Women pursuing dreams they once postponed. Women who are discovering that their best chapter may still be ahead.

“Walk Like You Love Yourself is more than our tagline. It is an invitation to enter every room knowing you belong there,” Katrina says.

That philosophy is what gives Strawberry Flowers its identity. The brand is not simply about putting something beautiful on a woman’s feet. It is about creating a feeling she carries with her when she walks into the room.

Confidence.
Femininity.
Presence.
Intention.

And the freedom to celebrate herself now, not someday.

A Woman Who Chose to Bloom

Strawberry Flowers began with a love of beautiful shoes. It grew through a season of recovery. It found meaning in flowers. It became a fashion house and it stepped onto the runway in New York.

For Katrina, the journey is a reminder that a new chapter can begin at any stage of life.

“Strawberry Flowers is more than fashion. It is a celebration of the woman who chooses to bloom.”

Today, Strawberry Flowers continues to develop its collections and its vision for a romantic fashion house built around the modern woman’s desire to feel beautiful, confident, and cherished.

The story is still unfolding and perhaps that is the most important part because blooming is not a one-time event. You can bloom again. You can reinvent yourself. You can decide that your dream deserves action and you can walk into the next room like you already belong there.
