Christelle G. Niamke, founder of Ubora Literary Solutions, is gearing up to release a groundbreaking book in April 2025 that aims to address two often-overlooked and misunderstood topics — IVF failure and emergency hysterectomies. With this book, Niamke seeks to shed light on these deeply personal experiences, offering readers a beacon of hope, tools for navigating similar challenges, and insights to better support their loved ones through difficult times.
The inspiration for Niamke’s book stems from her own deeply transformative journey. In 2022, she endured an IVF failure, followed by an emergency hysterectomy in 2023. These events marked defining moments in her life, but rather than allow them to define her future, Niamke channeled her pain into purpose.
“These experiences were overwhelming, to say the least,” she shared. “But through therapy, community support, and a relentless drive to find fulfillment and joy again, I’ve come to understand the importance of openly discussing what so many experience in silence.”
Niamke holds an impressive array of degrees and certifications, including a Master of Science in Information and Knowledge Strategy from Columbia University, a Master of Arts in Comparative Politics from the University of York in the UK, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology-Anthropology from St. Mary’s College of Maryland. She has also earned advanced certifications in analytics, leadership, and human resource management from prestigious institutions such as Georgetown University, Wharton Executive Education, and Fordham University.
Despite her professional achievements, it is Niamke’s personal resilience that sets her apart. Her upcoming book is not only a testament to her strength but also a much-needed resource for others. Unlike many medical resources that can feel impersonal or overly technical, her book seeks to provide relatable, practical guidance.
The book also explores how Niamke found moments of happiness and hope during her recovery, including her time spent behind the wheel of her dream truck — an F150 — highlighting how small joys can play a role in healing. “It may sound simple, but for me, driving that truck during my recovery was a symbol of regaining control and independence,” Niamke explained.
Niamke’s aim is clear: to break the stigma surrounding IVF failure and hysterectomy recovery, and to create a space for open dialogue about these life-altering experiences. She also hopes her book will equip readers with practical tools to better navigate their own journeys or to provide support for loved ones facing similar challenges.
“There is still so much silence and misunderstanding surrounding these topics,” Niamke said. “Through my book, I want to make these conversations less taboo and help others find the strength and resources they need to persevere.”
As the release of her book approaches, Niamke looks forward to sharing her journey with the world, transforming what is often considered an invisible struggle into a shared conversation. Her story is not just one of personal perseverance but also of hope, faith, and the importance of community.
