The Good Moves Club Winter Challenge is for anyone looking to start the new year off strong. Each workout is designed by certified personal trainer Or Artzi (CPT), an Equinox instructor and creator of the fitness platform Orriors. Here’s what you get:

4 weeks of all-new workouts designed for your current situation. Suitable for beginners and seasoned fitness fans alike. All workouts are approximately 30 minutes long, require minimal equipment (like a towel and a set of dumbbells), and can be done right in your living room (no gym membership required!) . Each week includes four strength training sessions, one active recovery session, two rest days, and a warm-up. Our daily newsletter will help you stay on track and motivated. No more guesswork. We’ll email you your routine every morning, so you’ll always know exactly what to do. Get even more motivated with our private Facebook group.
