Want to target every muscle group in your body in less time than it takes to clean the kitchen or fold laundry? We’ve got you covered. This full-body combo workout was created by Or Artzi, CPT, lead group fitness instructor at Equinox and creator of the fitness platform Orriors, and takes just 30 minutes.

This training strengthens the arms, core, and legs to increase muscle strength, improve movement in daily life, prevent bone loss, which is an important factor in preventing fractures, and improve bone density (mineral density in bones). measure of quantity). , osteopenia (a condition in which bone density is low), and osteoporosis (a condition in which bones become weak and brittle).

Tilt your torso slightly forward, bend your front knee, and sink your hips as low as possible toward the floor. The shin of your front leg should be at or near vertical, and your back knee should be pointing down toward the floor. Repeat all reps on one leg before switching sides.

Lie face down with your forearms on the floor and your elbows directly below your shoulders (palms flat on the floor). Keep your feet bent with the soles of your toes on the floor. 4. Sit on a wall with your heels raised

Find a wall and place your feet slightly in front of the wall and your back flat against the wall. Make sure your feet are about shoulder width apart. Stretch your arms straight out in front of you. Bend your knees and slide down the wall so your thighs are perpendicular to the wall and your knees form a 90-degree angle. You may need to adjust the distance of your feet from the wall so that your hips and knees form a 90-degree angle, but try to slide down the wall as far as you can comfortably go. Lift your heels off the floor and push through your toes to maintain balance. Build muscles such as quadriceps, glutes, and hamstrings. Also, keep your core tight.
