Whether you’re rewatching the Geller Cup from Friends or the infamous “Whatcha Say” scene from Gossip Girl, no one does Thanksgiving like they did on TV shows in the ’90s and early 2000s. Although these beloved shows are no longer on the air, Friends stars Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox have virtually just reenacted episodes of the iconic sitcom.
The two real-life friends and former co-stars reunited for a Friendsgiving celebration. On Monday, Aniston, who played Rachel Green in the Emmy-winning comedy, shared an Instagram Story of a collection of Polaroid photos set against a wooden table. The Polaroid showed Aniston posing alongside her pals, including Cox, who played Monica Geller on the hit ’90s series. According to Page Six, eagle-eyed fans also spotted a photo of Aniston’s best friend Sandra Bullock.
Aniston captioned the snap: “Some scenes from Friendsgiving,” along with a red heart emoji.

In 2019, Cox, Bullock, Jason Bateman, Will Arnett, and her ex-husband Justin Theroux all attended. At the time, Theroux, who remained close to Aniston after they split in 2018, shared a selfie taken at the party on Instagram. “#fakesgiving,” he captioned the snap. “I am so grateful for these friends and this night.”
Thanksgiving episodes have become a Friends staple, so it’s no surprise that Aniston is a fan of the holiday.
