Wilkerson, Owner and Head Coach, brings over a decade of experience to the organization. She served as member of the 2021–2024 PSIA-AASI Snowboard National Team and holds advanced certifications in freestyle and children’s instruction. Her commitment to developing female snowboarders is evident in the programming and leadership culture she has fostered.
What distinguishes Altitude Attitude is its emphasis on empowerment through technical coaching, mentorship, and a collective ethos. The organization runs camps internationally, providing tailored coaching delivered by credentialed instructors. Wilkerson’s background in Northern Wyoming shaped her passion for snowboarding, which she later developed through teaching roles at premier resorts including Mammoth Mountain and June Mountain in California. Now primarily based in Niseko, Japan with Far East Snowsports, she continues to lead Altitude Attitude’s international expansion while pursuing additional training opportunities throughout the Americas and Asia.
