Lela Rose splits her time between New York City and Wyoming, two very different places that were her starting point before fall. A favorite of uptown girls, her signature cocktail dresses are accented with Western-inspired belts this season. Some of them were sourced by Rose from vintage fairs. Rose loves the thrill of discovery and would like to keep the scores, but she also plans to sell them in stores.
